Anyone have any idea on how much it is for a garage to do oil and seals for my forks? I know the seals are about £7 but a garage just quoted me £100, this sound a bit steep but having notging to compare it to in not sure.
Thanks

The last time I paid to have a pair done (about 3 years ago) it was £80 for a complete job, which was strip, then supply and fit new GENUINE seals and oil.
Sounds about right but get genuine seals fitted if poss.

I was going too. Followed the haynes manual and pissed oil everywhere so decided to let someone else have the pleasure.
Managed to find another bike shop that quoted £75, not sure if there genuine seals though.
Another problem I've got is that i don't think the forks are Mk1's as i ordered Mk1 seals and when they came they were a different size. The ones fitted are 33/45/10.5 and i got 30/42/10.5 So i have no idea how much oil i need to put in as there obviously bigger.
Thanks guys.
