Any advise on getting the top bung out of the fork stations mines stuck I've got the clips out but that's about it

can you pass a long iron rod up the fork and beat it out??

thats excatly what i did with mine sprayed the bungs with wd40 first cramped forks with sash cramp left under pressure for 24 hours bung still wouldnt release so took the allen screw out slid a piece of i think 6mm rod up hi tensile so wont bend to my suprise one sharp tap and out she came
