Ive just changed handlebars and the throttle is quite stiff and Does not return back Fluidly any advice how to freed it up!?

try oiling the cable.make sure the nipple has located properly in the throttle twist grip

make sure the handlebar is spotless where the twistgrip goes,lighly oil it as well...p.s.dont u read your messages? .sent you 2

All new bars are powdercoated and right to the end so most need the paint removing at the throttle end so the twist grip moves freeley

Never had to do that with my Renthalls as they are anodised!

Check the bar grip is not rubbing on he bar end. I did all the other things first then realised this was the cause on mine!

Use sharp blade u b ther allday with sandpaper Tear a long strip and wrap it round, pull up and down very quickly. It only takes a few minutes. ;D
