Hi all I'm just needing some advice please. So since being laid off i started with the rd125 and mbx125 restores, now thank god got some work so I'm thinking off moving up and getting either a 250LC or 350LC to do from scratch,so where do i start, and help with these questions. 1. 250/350 ? 2. What model is the best to get and why and the difference 3. Which model are parts are readily available 4. And in your opinion what bike is most reliable when restored 5. Anything else you think i need to know Cheers in advance

Few parts i found hard to get and when i did cost a fair bit where centre stand center stand lift handle uncut rear mudgaurd (norbo sells them through) uncut rear subframe uncut rear number plate holder. If you need any of the above and they turn up on ebay be prepared for a bidding war If you can find a bike with all these fitted them you,l save yourself a few quid.

good luck with whatever you decide on m8 ive just got a 250 and its a hoot to ride i opted for one already on the road sometimes its cheaper as last time i got a 350 to restore i threw loads of money into it only to sell it on at a loss and that turned out to be a converted 250 anyway
