Hey guys, I'm wondering if someone with easy access to a Rd could help me out. My situation is, I'm in Cornwall and my bike is in Sheffield. I want her down here now she's back running plus the roads are hellish in summer down here so a bike would Be more than ideal. I have no acces to a trailer/towbar van or lorry so I figure I can disassemble her and transport her in my car. It's fairly big (2.2 civic) but it would be better if I knew some measurments.
Realistically how long could the frame be brought down too? Say if forks, headstock, swing arms and wheels were removed.
Has anyone on here done this and if so what car did you use?
I will be removing the seats so even more room.
Any help appreciated!
Thanks Dan.

Cheers Raven. What mark fez was it do you know? I used to have a Mk 6 fez so can imagine the size inside. Did you have to remove anything from the bike like forks or swing arm?

I'll take the rear seats out and see about the front passenger one. Jet wash her down and see how it goes from there.
