My crank and barrels have gone off to get rebuilt, rebored and new pistons.
While the engine is in 100 bits what else should I be replacing as a matter of course

All the bearings, seals, circlips and 'O' rings.

All the bearings, seals, circlips and 'O' rings. I'd add pv bushes and seals, would rather have extra expense and know it was 100% and won't have to take to bits again for a long while. Steve

Dont suppose anyone (Norbo?) does a kit with all the required seals etc you can buy in one kit.
I already have a full gasket set

Don't forget the water pump seal, started mine up after a full rebuld, and had milky oil within the first 50 miles. Oldparts shop does the full kit sometimes on fleabay, about £40 ish and all genuine? apparently.

Yambits does a seal kit, oli pump kit and water pump kit as well as a full gasket set. There is a bit of overlap between the kits however.
