hi all took the bike up road for a blast today about 2 miles all in all not far , not legal as yet, ran great but when i got back to garage it was smoking loads , don't think it was 2t smoke any ideas, bike not been ridden for a long time i believe

sounds like right hand crank seal check gearbox oil level see if its low if it is top up see if level goes down again if it does and you have no leaks i would say crank seal good luck mate

No mate i agree its the crank seal taking in gear box oil . it only needs a very very little amount to smoke like crazy as it mixes with your fuel .

Is it an Easy fix , can out be done with engine in, also would too much oil do the same

To much oil wopild just come out the over flow . its a simple fix just pop the oil seal out and pop a new seal in . drain the oil first . they are not a grooved seal like the LV and YPVS so they can be done in place with little problems .

yes can be done with engine in bike drain oil and water remove clutch cover remove clutch basket and primary gear and small metal cover under crank primary gear remove spacer off crank pry out old seal fit new seal job done if i was you mate i would change left hand seal at same time remove flywheel and stator plate pry out old seal fit new one good luck mate
