Powervalve setting

Hi Forum
Im not new to lcs but powervalves are new to me,
Ive a Mk 3 without servo, could anyone tell me how to fix the valve
to the fully open position,

If you remove the end cap and the exhorst you can turn the valve with a set of plyers untill its flush with the top of the cylinder then its fully open . No bottem end at all mined you its like riding a push bike . but when the band come in it will be flying .

or,you can set up a manual 1 !get a pulley and fit it to the end of the valve/housing,get a choke cable and lever,put it on your handlebar,close it for around town(better low down power)open it for balls out riding(valve fully open)its easy to do,and a lot cheaper than getting a servo/loom etc.. .although i would get a servo and that(or a 350!!! ;D)
