RD125lc 2HK,jetting and power valve help

Hey all,so the 2hk bike is coming together,a bit of help on the setting up of it.
1st As its the non working power valve,atm its had a re bore to 57.75 and i have left the valve open permanently,would you do this or not?
2nd Its got a Gianelli exhaust fitted so if the valves left open and with this exhaust what jetting would you go for?
oh and its got a standard airbox fitted

id leave it open or ul lose top end
go up 2 on main jet n do plug chops.there's a carb tunin article in tech section

i would just open valve 3/4 of the way give it a bit of midrange or will be flat till 7000rpm start with 230 main jet needle 1 notch off the bottom air screw 1 n half turns out from full in. then plug chop
