How many miles and what sort of revs should run at on a rebored and rebuilt crank 4L0 motor. Cheers.

Heat cycle it at least 6 times Run it 'til it's warm .. let it cool down to ambient temp.. then repeat. Before riding it Pistons need heat cycling to relieve mfg stresses . Or you just wail on it... then wonder why it makes odd noises or why it's not as quick as you'd hoped :-)

warm it up do about 25 miles but keep it out the power let it cool down a check the motor do this about 4 times then cain the fek out of it

did about 100 miles on mine, then nailed through 2-3 gears let it slow down again, then did it again and just sort of built it up realy, not held it flat out yet though!

Some load on the engine is important - limit the revs but not the throttle so much. Rings need some pressure obove them to get them bedded in
