350 ypvs rear brake ... this is a pain in the ass 1st of all it started to stick on so all the caliper was striped a cleaned with new seals all round and we also rebuild the master but we cant get a pedal and when we do it just goes it all new parts o can this do this ..after 2 hours of trying to bleed we just knocked it on the head has any1 had this in the past and maybe can put me right ...

Dont know if this helps but I just had nightmares bleeding front brakes on my LC after a m/c change . I got a " Brake bleeding large syringe & tube " off ebay . It worked like a charm . Just dont go mad with it , take it nice and easy and have some help .

Suspect a nicked master cylinder seal, done it myself before. Rear caliper is the easiest to bleed by far due to short run, but if you haven't already take it apart again and check the fluid passages are clear, red grease the joining seals then look at the master cylinder. Oh and check that the master cylinder seal is in the right way round as well.

Are you getting fluid out of the bleed nipple ? If so try this, loosen and remove the rear caliper mounting bolt and loosen the front bolt. Pivot the caliper on the front mounting bolt so the caliper is more upright but make sure the pads are still contacting the disc. Tighten the front bolt to hold in this position and then bleed as normal. Replace and tighten bolts as normal after. Tone Tone

i think we have found the problem the brake pipe is a goodrige but its a bit to long

Is the tiny hole in the mastercylinder clear ? I don't piss about with brakes anymore I use a vaccum cleaner two bits of clear pipe (different lengths) and a wine bottle. Job sorted every time with ZERO mess.
