Seen Norb sells some nice clock faces. As anyone changed any? Just had a quick look but cant see how you would pull the glass off without bending the plastic strip that holds it in place.

its a soft metal ring mate, you need to slowly remove it from behind bit at a time with a screw driver, bit like taking a tyre off.

I take it then the needle just pulls off? Does anyone know if the faces norbo sells are stickers or stick on plates sort of thing?

The needle pulls off, make sure you pull from centre part tho OR it will snap! The decals are stickers. I had to sand the face down to just the original plastic so they illuminate correctly. I've got a picture when I did mine so I'll get off this iPhone and grab pc and upload a picky for you

Its just the 2 small screws then that hold the face on? How did you manage to cut the hole for the needle stop.

Can u change german klm in to uk this way ? Yes as if you look at 160kph it should be in the same place as 100mph odometer will still read in km. done this a few times with ypvs kidney clocks. Steve
