The choke side carb of my RD350LC 4L0-01 model got whacked. Tried my best but could manage only a choke carb of 4L0. Any suggestions whether I could use both together??
I have with me, a pair of 28mm carbs from a 1977/78 RD250 A/C bike + have a pair of power jet 26mm jointed carb of a Japanese model RZR 250 YPVS.
Let me know how to proceed please.

As far as I know the 28mm aircooled carbs are a good upgrade from the standard 26mm. OEB

Not really as the later 01 carb was a modification. You may find someone on here with a single spare carb or one off ebay (one will be cheaper to buy than a pair).

i agree with o.e.b. the 28mm aircooled carbs were meant to give better midrange than the 26mm lc carbs.
