And what size are the bolts that bolt the alloy hangers to the frame?

captaincaveman,,,,,,,
Off topic but wanted to ask you, who did your powder coating? I did ask in your project posts but may have missed it. Reason I ask is because I think you close to me and I'm not 100% sure who to use just yet.
Cheers

I used these
PREMIER PRODUCTS & SERVICES Ltd

TEL 01685 810066
Where about are you? They do a good job on smaller parts but the frame i had done could have been better.

I'm near Newport, how much did they charge you for your little lot what was wrong with the job on the frame.
Been to TWS and there work looks amasing but there sure not cheep, Went to Castle in Caephilly but not got the one colour I'm looking for so not sure. I've just sent off five emails now to different companies asking to see if they can do what I'm after and also rough price.
Cheers

First time the frame was really bad looked like they had power coated over sand or something. They did it again its ok but not perfect but for the price ok. For all the bits in the photo it came to £120 Seems the more stuff you have done the cheaper it is.
Example i dropped off my bars today side stand and clutch perch cost £20.
Still works out cheaper than buying new. Chamber on here has had some stuff done there to.

But not the frames? As they say you get what you pay for
