as some of you will know i had to put a new piston in the 125lc. was told to check the jetting. ive done this and i have a 210rd main jet and a 27.5 pilot. any recomendations wud be really helpful

Look at the thread down the page started by snowbound. I just read it. If it were mine I would start with a 220.

do a plug chop m8 are you running full airbox or filter or drilled lid what pipe you running is the cylinder standard

230 main jet needle clip 1 from bottom air mix 1 n half turns out from full in then plug chop good luck fella

Does it rearly have to be 230 on a 10w carb ? The standard size is 155 so a better place to start would be a 170 and just drop the needle by one

normally two sizes for pipe.....but i havent for my microns as bikes are set rich from factory maybe another size or 2 for filter.i agree though,from 155 up two sizes n check. and dont forget to turn oil pump up a bit

If you go too rich you make the bike hard to start when cold with choke you have to try and get a balance to make it useable
