Looks ace, I was on the hunt for a resto project to do a kenny replica before I came across my standard 250lc. Still fancy that as my next mission though. I could do with all my locks working from one key, did you buy a new set or have the cylinders re-tumbled ?

Bought a matching set off e bay paid a lot for it £140 but have a genuine Yamaha key. Going to get old set retumblered as that has 1 genuine Yamaha key and put them on e bay. And bigal my nose is big enough for both of us!!!!
