Folks,
I put 10w oil to standard height below the fork top during my fork rebuild, putting in Hagon progressive fork springs.
Is this about correct? It feels a touch on the 'choppy' side to me. And it was not easy getting the clips in the top of the fork plugs, jeezus... two man job there.
Advice welcomed.

if the springs are to firm for your weight when you hit a bump it will be to harsh but lets say they are correct with a 10w oil the rebound will be to fast, what do you weigh?what was the air gap you used without springs fully compressed.

Normally the springs come with a recommended air gap to fill the oil up to.
