Took my wives LC out for a test ride after she complained about wobble holy crap at 120km this thing is a death trap is this common for this model, brand new wheels balanced, tarrozi fork brace, tapered bearings thinking about a steering stabilizer but can't believe it's this bad stock?

i always thought this came as standard on an lc.mine slapped over every white line, cats eye and bump in the road.so bad that it broke the lockstop off the frame once.but according to everyone else they handle sweet.never seen one slap on you tube,so there must b a prob somewhere.mine was a track bike so maybe i have a twisted/bent frame.what tyres do you have? mine were avon road runners which ive heard reffered to as ditch finders.check your wheel alignment? and dont just trust the markers on the swinga.mine is way out.

Double check the wheel balance. I do my own now after the mess the tyre fitters made of it. Bike is rock steady at any speed.

Recheck the steering head bearings by bouncing the front end down as hard as you can with front break held on and listen for a slight knock/click also turn bars to full lock and do same, another thing does the front break sqeel when you brake heavy, only adjust a little at a time then go for a ride and try to hit a few bumps and do some heavy breaking to settle things in, you might have to do this a few times but its worth it.
PS Make sure you slacken the botton yoke bolts and headlamp screws when your adjusting the steering head bearings.
