ok another question............. the half ring which locates on right hand side of crankshaft..........should it go on top of bearing or under it mine was under the bearing(in bottom crank half) but microfiche shows it on top of bearing so it locates into top case

does n e 1 know wot size the clutch centre nut is plz is it a 25mm? Should be either 29mm or 24mm - depending on year and model sounds like your nuts are smaller than ours mate...

RIGHT........................................correct me if im wrong here....... with the main bearings on the crank.............holding the outer bearing race........................should it have movement between the outer race n inner race? no movement on actual crank but outer moves

been a while since i ave twiddled spanners for a livin, but blue hylomar is top stuff, can even be used to "assist " sealin head gaskits!, i suspect the only issue you may have with it is that because of its colour it may not look as tidy as the grey stuff

me again right i put in input and output shafts and selector lever. sum 1 confirm for me.................. left hand crank seal...........open/spring side faces inwards toward crank?

hang on cancel that..............both sides seem to be the same..........spring either side.........only difference i can see is one side has tiny bit of metal showin on face edge do i take it it dont matter which way round this seal goes?

ok can sum 1 do me a favour plz? wiring harnes from alternator thing on an F2...........could sum 1 check the route of it at the back of the engine i think it should go under the rear engine mount bushes and through the wire clip which is bolted to the engine also i got new rings...........one seems to b slightly thicker would i be correct in saying the thicker one is the bottom ring? if sum 1 could let me know plz...........ta
