Thought a new thread where all who own unique art work on their skin can share it with the LC following either for the grin ;D or just because you can.. Don't be shy. Now these are Tattoo's to be proud of, I met this Gent on the way back from Darley Moor Race Track today on the way homefrom the meet at a shop called Matlock Motorcycles. His Name is Mad Dog and he was as nice as pie and did not mind stripping off to show the full glory of the art work. MD will have the total left side of his body done right to his big pinky (toe). His Mate Big Dave was equally as nice but offered no tats to be photographed (depends where they are I suppose)

Okay Vince lets have a guess or six. lol Back: cool very nice & great detail.I recon About 12 sittings with 5 hours per sitting ( over a year) = about 60 hours. OR three 13 hours a sitting coz your hard and have a low histamine level. The other pics you have on the link are great I like right arm and right forearm best, great art work. Did preditor Hurt as he is a lot of outline and on a thigh too.? ;D I have photobucketed my thigh pic and can't change it back I will look see if I can get it from file.

the predator hurt like buggery (not that ive experienced this ) i had a wooden block to bite down on so i could sit still lol , all the tats on my legs seriously hurt, and the out line across on spine wasnt to pleasant but i dont know if you guys experienced this but there comes a point where you can switch pain in your head so its pleasurable, can do this now on most prolonged pains lol My back was 2 and a half hours of outline in one hit then 4 sittings of 4 hours and 1 of half hour to finish up

I is a crap guestimator then.. but hey ho. I think I was about 30 hours out on your Back Vin I thought the legs would smart a bit, mine did for the first leg outline, But like ya say after the initial nettle rash stinging for a minute it is soooo nice, if not why do we go back for more...ummm ;D

either that or just get so relaxed you almost go to sleep. for some people pain produces that many endorphins they go to sleep. I am one such person........... ;D ;D
i really must like the pain factor, ya know head first into a tree at 50mph, over the top of a car at about the same speed, i break bits of my self like a leper, and still go back for more.

i reckon vinzes took ten minutes in 3 sittings

Post by wiggy on Mar 29, 2006 19:07:41 GMT 1
ok it took 3 hours to outline (first sitting) then 2 more hours of shading followed by another 3 sittings total of 12 hours the most painful part was across the top of the knee and the bit by my nads that made my eyes water but i agree with most peeps after a while the pain goes and it becomes more of a pleasure (not that im into that kind of thing) and then numb
