I have fitted Aprillia RSV pegs to my 4L0, and not surprisingly, as they arent as clever as 4L0 originals, they dont fold up so you can use the kickstart.
its only a small amount that it doesnt clear by, so does anyone think I'll have an issue extending the bottom part of the lever before the bend, by cutting it, fitting a spacer, and then welding it back up?
I was also going to shorten the top-part of the lever to keep the whole thing about the same total length.
I have a couple of spare kickstart levers to cut up and use.

my neighbor is qualified to weld nuclear pressure vessels - I was going to get him to do the welding.
tomorrow I will be cutting up kickstarts by the sound of things.
