Hi, realised I have these missing on the latest resto' of mine, but what do they do? I take it it's to stop the pin gong rusty and seizing? I just wondered as they aren't a tight or compressed fixing, do they actually work, or could I leave them out and just shim the shock in the swingarm?

for the cost of them only a few quid id fit them they are all so a washer so take up slack so you dont haft to over tighten the bolt. id pack them with gress my self and fit them.

I didn't think the bottom mount was a bolt, just a plain pin and washer? top mount the bolt or have i got that the wrong way round.

No no you havent its me thingink up side down LOL the bottom is a pin with a washer and a split link . is still fir them to take up the slack and pack the bush with greas the buggers are allways seazing up them bottom ones.
