Before i destroy my bottom yoke what is the best method of removing the bottom bearings from said yokes. I did them on my fireblade but i seem to remember it was more brute than style

Nick 'em with a dremel (grinding wheel) and then split 'em in two with a decent cold chisel and big hammer.

Chisel inbetween the race and the yoke should be enough

just knackered my taper bearing with a air chisel :-( got it off tho ...
