If it the zx6 usd forks. You need to use rgv 250 usd yokes and the matching wheel, discs, calipers, spacers, spindle of the zx6.
Toyed with the idea meself. But zx6 fork stansions chrome seem to rust very early.

Details of fitting the RGV wheel to the ZXR6 USD forks is available on the RGV forum. As for the bike you mention, I've seen it too but can't recall who's it is...

If you can get the bits at the right money, go for it.
If the forks look too long, they can be put up through the yokes to shorten the wheelbase

I'd imagine it's simply a case of taking the bearings out and going to a bearing supplier and getting similar ones with a bigger inside diameter then taking the centre spacer to an engineering shop to make one the right size. After that it's just getting spacers right. Speedo drive and disc spacing may be your only problem. Steve

I know it's not ZX6 but I fitted GSXR600K4 forks to mine with an RVF400 wheel so anythings possible. I just used a spacer under the bottom taper bearing to fit the K4 yokes & had a stainless spindle machined up to fit the Honda wheel to the Suzuki forks ;D

Maybe it's my one? The chap that built it told me they are ZX6R forks and the wheels are RGV. There's a picture of it on here from the other day...However he's emigrated to Oz now so not much help!
