I have stripped and polished the lowers, bought new seals, dust and oil, So now its time to put them back together !
What type of oil do i need and how much do i put in each leg ?

140 cc per leg. The book says 10/30 oil which I use. May be someone else can advise you on one of the purpose made fork oils available, as I have not tried them myself.
