You got a pic of the swinger? I thought ALL liquid cooled 125's should have the same swingarm mount at the front. Only difference I'm aware of is that the actual wheel mounts on later swingers are made from 8 mm sheet metal instead of 6 mm sheet. Hence the later swingers have different chain tensioners (same as 250/350 LC and YPVS). Anyway, Mellow has a (by the look of it) Mk1 swingarm on his YPVS: rdlccrazy.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=talk&action=display&thread=11140&page=2But with your swinger, I suppose IF you can get the bushing, the seal and the steel sleeve into the left side swinger mount, you can run it with no drama. What matters is that you use a long steel sleeve in the left side swinger mount, and a short sleeve on the right side. But.... with your new swinger, the steel sleeve would be sticking out a fair bit between the engine case and right side of right swingarm mount, it will look pretty retarded imho. It wouldn't effect the stability of the stuff though.

cheers billy will get some pics up later ,was thinking of fitting one of the outer bush casings on the left inside if you know what i mean then bushing the space between this and the engine? You mean adding an extra dust cap and using a shorter steel sleeve, then adding a simple spacer between the extra dust cap and engine? If so, I think that would work just fine! As long as all the sleeves etc are in the right length and the swinger moves up/down easily (edit: with no sideplay obviously) after you tensioned the swinger pivot, it should be all good.

Ahh I see.. Well, you won't be able to use a dust cap there (at least not against the swingarm side) but it shouldn't be neccessary either if you can fit the little oil seal into the swinger tube. So... just add a spacer with 12 mm ID to fill the gap up and off you go!

UMMMMMM.....im sure mines the beefed up mk2 swinger anyway........i think what has probably happened to urs m8 is that the swingarm pivot bolt probably siezed on the bushes/engine so someone cut the swingarm bolt......and probably a bit of the left lug of arm Edit.......just looked at your pic again thats a f**kin HUUUUUUUGE gap U sure it aint a 350 arm
