Hi, just pulled my latest project down and want to powder coat the swinger back to its original silver. Problem is its got needle roller bearings and I'm not sure how to get them out without destroying them.  Anyone got any ideas? Simon |

Its a problem you just need a ling drift witha flat side and Im sorry to say you will just have to smack tghem out with hammer . Some times they just drift out and some times it destroys them . its a bit of a gamble ,
