tried again and a lot better are ya putting the speedo guide in the front muddy Yeah I've got the guide to go in but I'm going to wait until I've polished the mudguard, I'm going to leave it be for a couple of weeks to properly harden up.

Nice job How do you find the time ? ? Im lucky if i get a couple of hours a week up the shed what with holding down a full time job/family etc.

Im lucky if i get a couple of hours a week up the shed what with holding down a full time job/family etc. I don't have children and my partner works away quite a bit so I get many free evenings to do as I please. I had a few days off work in December and then there was of course the Christmas break. It's fair to sat that I have got stuck into it though! 68 days from the day I collected it up to Friday when I took those photographs.

This is top Class work i'm interested how you've managed to secured the top Casing repair in place Fortunately my casing still had the vertical side of that part of the case intact (See photo) so I fixed it using 2x Stainless M6 bolts I've got a spare repair cover if it's of any use to you?
