got one of these made at work ;D 1st step in trying to make a decent copy.44mm tube with a 1.7mm wall have to reduce the silcencer end to fit in hardest thing will be the barrel end.cutting the original fixing and welding to the new one any ideas on that one guys?

need a stripped bike really to tack up on dont fancy a stray weld spark torching £5k worth of lc lol!

are the original headers not tapered ?

it looks like the downpipe has been reduced and the header part has then been welded on i could "jonny roll" the end.although not square like the original.it should seal ok billboy they dont look tapered to me.just swelled slightly its work in progress. lets see what i can come up with

They look fine to me they will strech a little when bent hence the wider looking ends . I think they should do the bob very well .
