Ho Do All So i'm waiting for my metric tap and die set to arrive , thought i would have a go at drilling and tapping for some M8 bolts to go into my rgv bottom yoke to use as stop locks , what i noticed is that the underneath of the yoke isn't solid it has profiles ( and some areas are way thinner than the profiles ) , i take it i shouldn't drill all the way through but rather only in enough so that the allen bolts can take properly and if need be pack out with washers , i see other people have done it but it looks like RD bottom yokes , has anybody done it on a RGV VJ22 bottom yoke if so is there anything i should watch out for or techniques to use etc ? Again i'm great full to all you mechanical geniuses on here , thanks . wb :-)

There ya go fella ;D the position they actually need to be corresponds to a lug on the underside of the yoke. I drilled mine all the way through.
