As the engines out, try boiling a kettle and pouring it over the metal, you may well end up damaging the pivot bolt though if it is stuck fast, I'll have a spare knocking around if you nned one.

What's stuck ?.
Is the pivot bolt stuck in or is the pivot bolt out and the swinger won't come out of the frame ?.

I have loosened the nut no problem but when i tap the actual spindle to feed it through the frame/swing arm/frame it won't budge

I had that problem on a 125LC, thing was stuck solid in there! I ended up giving it a couple of good bashes with a plastic hammer.

I had exactly the same problem when I went to refurb the back end on my F2... the whole lot came out real easy, too easy I thought... then I got to where you are and couldn't for the life of me get spindle out... - brute force & a bit of ignorance done it in the end ;D I was hitting it so hard I was worried I was gonna wreck the frame!
