update on my engine the noise we think was all top end i took the barrel and piston out and checked the clearence there was 3 tho on 2 sides (min clearence) and 5 to 6 tho on the others so it looks like the barrel had oveled. took it back to the firm who did it showed them the clearence gave them another barrel witch they put a 2mm over piston and rebuilt back up for free so hopefuly its all good.

just put my mk 1 tank on my mk2 and fired it up and it sounds spot no more nasty men with hammers in the top end bit of a way to go yet still waiting the tins to be finished but its just about there now.
