this is best way ive found to bleed brakes and has always worked for me,hope u find it usefull:
u dont need any special tools that never work anyway
,.it also helps if a freind keeps the master cylinder topped up for u.
1st of all u need to get ur self a dosing syringe from ur local vet
-get the biggest one u can find (approx 2 euro)
a length of clear pipe to fit over the end of the syringe(again approx 1-2 euro)
looks like this:
do 1 calliper at a time
1-cable tie ur brake lever to the bar
2-fill ur master cylinder(m/c) to the brim with fresh fluid
3-open up the calliper nipple fully until fluid comes flowing out,then close nipple
4-connect clear pipe to the calliper nipple,and open nipple slightly
5-keeping m/c full all the time,start drawing the fluid through the lines into the syringe,you will see lots of bubbles
6-when syringe is full of air + fluid mix, lock the nipple-this will give u a chance to empty the syringe and stop air getting back into system
7-repeat the above until u are happy that all air is drawn from system
8-lock nipple
9-pump brakes and you should feel good 'bite' on the lever
10-top up m/c to recommended level
99% of air will be outa system by now.do other side now and then cable tie the lever over night-this will get rid of the tiny air bubbles left in system and hey presto 1 finger braking!!
