Hello all -anybody heard of or seen silver/grey background on speedo & tacho clocks on a rd350 ypvs -recently bought mine-frame has been powder coated at some point, wondering if somebody has put those card things in to spruce it up.Its not a km converter thingy -bike is 1988 1wt matching frame & engine nos-generally ok nick-doesnt look like its been messed about with too much, fairing /plastics pretty good, nice grey red /black scheme-original I think. Only slight worry is front brake, probably ok,but when you ride it after sp2-is pretty wooden & feeble.I have read some threads about triumph calipers fitting .Can you use the orig master cylinder & brake hoses (albeit braided replacements)

You can get decal kits for them, norbo does them, also simon wells.
They are a nightmare to fit, especially getting the tacho needle of without knackering the mechanism.
