Hi All,
Got my PJ1 for the engine casings.
Got my BBQ paint for the exhausts.
Would either be applicable for painting the switchgear, or would other paints be better suited ?
Any help greatly appreciated.

I used PJ1 on some switches-on barrels and heads it's freat, but it chipped off the switches really easy and lifted with brale fluid oil-may be something to do with not being heated and cured properly?? So, I powder coated mine. Ianboom.

as your gloves are going to rub against the surface of the swithgear the real answer is to have them stove enameled or powdercoated. if you fancy a more diy aproach and dont have access to a compressor and a spray gun i would get some 2k mixed up and put in a aerosol can by your local car paint shop and use that.this will only last 12 hours or so in the can before it goes hard but the end job will be much harder wearing than any cellulose or acrylic based aerosol.

They do a sticker kit for the switch gear to apply after paint.
