Getting a bit over excited now, my pipes from Kenny (TSA) will be here tomorrow, like christmas eve.
As if I wasn't excited enough about them I just read the results from them on the dyno today.
Bloke had an LC with F2 motor, mick Abbey tuned and 4L0 carbs with genuine allspeeds - 47hp @ 8377 then 53hp @8976 with the PV controller mod
Fitted the TSA pipes and went up a jet size and got 66hp @ 10255
Amazing difference

Picked the bike up today and took it for a spin-literally-got a bit (lot) of wheelspin in first!! Pulls like a train up to 10000rpm where I backed off-couldn't get past fourth gear as the road I use doesn't have long straights! Zeel sat in a box eady to be fitted.

Like the machine a lot Ian. Impressive results for Kenny's pipes! Are they stainless? Is he geared up ready for the rush of orders this will generate? Nice job.

Yes, they're stainless. There may be a limited number of stainless as they're a pig to make, so get your order in quick!! These were made specifically for the hybrid-the left hand pipe gave Kenny a headache (could have been the beer though) as I have no spacers on the left hand footrest hanger that are usually needed, and the chain/swingarm stick out as the VJ22's had both pipes exit on the right. Also, I asked for shorter stingers!

Stunning bike!!! Are you using the standard carbs? Is yes, what jet size did you use over the standard?

ive always loved this bike and it looks even better with these pipes. I know the pain of the left hand side issues, i had the same with making my fat belly pipes from Wicked fit, that swingarm is a nightmare, nothing is the same on either side.

I agree, bike looks awesome. Kenny done really well doing my set considering he never had the bike to build them on so was working on measurements only. Hopefully will get mine fired up tonight. Amen brother tell me about it what a friggin nightmare with sidestand, chain and then extra wide swingarm on the left side to miss compared to the right side. But I have to agree it looks good but I would wouldnt I ;D
