Just had my EX on the phone telling me i have no rights with my own kids cos im not on the birth setifacats. yelling ans screeming cos i went to my sons nurcery to see what times he would be going there. Fing bitch makes my life a missery. I get this a lot her throwing it in my face that im not the legal dad cos im not on the birth setifacate. I realy need to get some rights.

Think you would need to establish they are yours by DNA test........and you might need a solicitor for that............try citizens advice........its free

Your no wrong . I got dumped friday the13th before christmas some 18 years ago by the 1 women i trouly loved. My EX has got drunk on the power she has and becourse i wouldent take her back after she put me threw hell and let another man inside her she now loves nothing more then destroy my life and make my life a missery .

I dont even recognise her theys days . She has changed so much from the person she once was. She wants to get on with her owne life but wants to dictate to me what i can do and cant do with my own kids. She walks on my like a dour mat and i have to let her or she will just turn around and say i cant see my kids .

Jeremy Kyle mate!! He'll give the DNA for free and shout at her and point out how she should be acting on TV!! If its not to personnal mate and just dont answer if it is, way arent you on the Birth Certs? Do you give her child support? Just wondering as if she accepts money on you for them then surely she should see you have as many rights as her, Women = evil beasts!! (Accept the nice ones like C  ) |

No i dont give her any money in the hand and never have. But when we were together i gave her half the gas lecky phone tv and so on . I paid for a new kitchin for her house and fitted it . I paid for a new freezer and i drove my family around everyday. I was not working for a lot of the time and did not have lots of money and we both decided that it would be best if i did'nt put my self on the birth certificates as i would just be giving what little i had to the govement and she would'nt get any more and i would have less to spend on us as a fammily.
I have my kids 4 days of the week and everyday in the 6 weeks holls including the weekends and i get no extra money to look after them. I have them a lot and give them what i can aford and more love than she knows how to . Both my kids know what their mum has done and both perfer being with me.
