Just bought this and it needs *hit loads of attention Can anyone on here weld alloy i need a couple of bits sorted Exhaust collar and flywheel side post broken off, the one for casing screw to go in to Take a look and lets know what you think WTF is that bar doing there ! Rear sets a botch up clocks Broken beyond repair Carbs and casings need vapour blasting, can you give me an idea of price ! OH and who could do it for me

seems a few 'extra' frame and swinger add ons as well in there.

I bought a bit of brill kit.Its like 2 welding rods that you use with a standard blow torch.Cant remember what i used it on, but it saved me a fortune and worked great.If i find its name ill post it

well if u don't get anyone close to u i can get it done for ya if u don't mind postin stuff. av u got the missin bolt piece for the side casing to bolt to or does that need making up?

Cracking job Butchers ! Did you use a mig ? i have one for steel and think you can buy alloy wire and argon, for alloys, so i recon al give it a go, if you used one. Ta Ash this is how i did mine if its any use to ya. i bought a piece of ally bar from the bay approx 14-15mm diametr tbh can't remember but i' sure you can work that bit out cut it to length and saped it so it would sit in the grove used and old casing to line it up. after drilling aand tapping a 6mm thread for the bolt location and used the casing to hold it in place during welding job done after a clean
