Seat lock identifing ( 4L0 or 31k)

Whille digging even deeper in that cupboard i found a few seat locks.

The bodies look the same but one type has longer thumb handles and helmet lock.

Anyone know which is which.

So is a locksmith just able to slip a new barrel in there, as mine is missing and I would quite like to fix it ??
