Stator and flywheel identity (what are these off)

While having a dig in a cupboard i found this rotor and flywheel.
They came in a box of bits with a 4L0 i bought and broke.
So i'm wondering if they are of a 4L0.

There is no numbers on the rotor just an ND symbol


On the flywheel this number is on the side of it
ND 032000 1 8 0 7 T VCC27

They look like LC to me
