couple of options, petrol shifts it,soak them in it for a day or so ....... but the hazards and pitfalls are obvious ! dont blow yerself up!
or caustic soda crystals , make up a solution and soak . this takes much longer, but does work well !
both can be done by bunging up one end and filling the pipes up , good luck

i used caustic soda mix on my 125 standard pipe.mixed up at the correct ratio, left overnight and the next day emptied out a lovely brownish mix with a few black bits mixed in.

well ive only just finished doing one that should scrub up ok, i used petrol, (unleaded naturally) only cause i had a heap of it in soft drink bottles after draining my tank, i put it in and let it sit, then tipped it out, then put it back in and flushed it all about, a few times, its jet black, the spent fuel that is, i think it should be fairly clean in side, sand blasted it today aswell and it didnt blow up, once i was sandblasting in a fairly dark enviroment and occasionally sparks would fly while blasting.
