right my 4lo fuel tap is leaking through the outlets when its in the off position,what would be wrong with it?i have replaced the o ring on the end of the tap itself but its still leaking i know norbo does the repair kits but i have replaced the o ring so what else could it be can the white plastic thingy wer the tap turns inside it be replaced??

my only input is the holes for closed arent line up. Ive done that before whilst changing the O ring. When I spun it round and changed the O ring, leak stopped. Sorry, that's all I got

Whals't we're on the subject, has anyone got an exploded view of these fuel taps got one to fit on my latest build but not sure it's all there

Yeah cheers, I've seen that one before but it does'nt show what's inside the tap, ie the cone shaped plastic bit & is there another O ring as the repair kits have 3. On my tap I think the springs broken off as it doesn't protrude past the end of the tap by much plus I only have one O ring in the thumb turn bit & it all seems very sloppy Just realised is the 3rd O ring the 'gasket' for connecting it to the tank

3 orings nik 1 for under the tank, 1 for the bowl and 1 for the thumb bit ,im still trying to find out does the plasic bit inside come out? ?

i have a tz tap on my 125. only had it about 6 months and it floods the carb over night. i wonder if this crap fuel is playing the seals up

Used a big flat screwdriver to turn it and let gravity do its thing. May need a bit of WD40 (called lizard piss in our neck of the woods) . Good Luck
