Hi, Im in the process of separating my 1981 250LC into as many parts as possible Does anyone have the numbers for the 4 crankcase bearings. I know that one is 83406E (the one with the locating groove) Are the remaining 3 the same bearings ie right hand and two centre bearings (they all have the locating ring instead of groove) The bearing places dont recognise Yam part numbers, just bearing numbers. Im trying to source them locally, if I can. Many thanks

all the bearings are the same but 1 has the locating groove and all 3 have the pins in the correct place so they line up with cut out for it to locate in the casings . I can tell you that any bearing you get wil just be a plane bearing they wont have the groove or the locating pip .

Centre ones have o rings in them which I take it locates them to stop them spinning. Steve
