Classifieds To encourage the use of the forum for its members and the correct use of this board, the classified section is hidden until you reach 10 post's. You then will become "L plate rider" and you will then have full access to the board and all it has to offer. Please reed the rooles before placing an add. This is to encourage members to join in, and help people and not simply to flog stuff or post E-Bay links and nothing else. The forum is an lc community of which we have a large majority of like minded enthusiasts, other sites have had to add a "paid up member" contributions to view these sections we do not just say Hi post a picture of your bike and in a couple of days you will have 10 post. Only 2 rools. Be Honest when describing and PUT A PRICE no make an offers this is not E-Bay , Be right with people and they will be right with you when your looking for parts. LC Parts is what i do for a living its how i pay the bills, Trade adverts or posts that have a conflict of interests will be removed Please respect this. Help the Forum with Suggestions If you have any ideas or suggestions that you think may improve the site please fee to voice them. Just PM any mod with any ideas. Feel free to add a link to this forum on any other forums links really do help. Hyjacking posts If you have nothing nice to say dont comment. Please dont take a subject of topic if the poster complains your comments will be removed. Put your bike in a showIf you would like to put your bike in a show pm me with a picture we are always looking for new bikes for the shows. They do not have to be an LC They can be any 2 Stroke. Anything from a AR50 to a H1 750 Kwack triple or a vespa if its a 2 stroke bike and you would like to be part of a show you are most welcome Posting pictures on the forumThe best way to post pictures on the site is with a photo housing place like Flicker . Apologies, I mostly can speall proper... Auto fill got me, it seems to happen often? The previous error was meant letter for letter to be “rooles” as some indication that I had actually read them. I suppose this makes 2 then  |

I updated my information and added an avatar featuring a print photograph of the last motorcycle I purchased, new or used, some 34 years ago. A 1985 Yamaha RZ500 new in the crate I imported for off road use only from Hurst Yamaha Toronto.

Thank you, and yes it was, after about 8 years was sold for $3200 w/ Toomeys in 1993.

First vehicle of any kind was a ‘75 Yamaha RD350 purchased at age 15 for $600, then the DG pipes, clip-ons, and fiberglass seat came later. Remember the engine mounts had cracked and pushing the empty frame some 10 miles back and forth to a weld shop to fix that, many stories about that bike...

Rotor windings always coming apart from high rpm replaced several times I was a regular parts customer at Daytona Yamaha on 11th Street. Shop is gone now and 11th renamed LPGA Blvd
