Anyone got any recommendations for exhaust, filters etc. for a YPVS motor, that give the best allround performance without compromising reliability too much.
Thanks.

Do K&N's do anything or do they leaken the mixture by to much or anything?

but are there any down sides? I think you lose some bottom end - but gain max power - so it depends how fast you ride - are you throttle to the stop? - or do you prefer to pull? Then again - stuff that they look good and sound good

Im not a fan of filteres. If i have to put them due to tuning or an air box just wont fit then i will . Filters take away bottom end and give a little mor right at the top. The main down side with them is They make the bike a little fluffy on the thotel and jeting can be a nightmare. When its cold your bike runs week and damp it runs rough worm it runs fine untill night rolls in and it gets cold or damp .Sopme bikes seem to do allright with them on but by far most do not . They can allso make a hot spot on the piston crown leeding to sezure or in some caces they can bit by bit eat the piston head away untill you get a holl.
