bt45s (standard sizes) 28 front 32 rear .im only 10.4 stone, feels right for me and i can realy tell the difference if it leaks a few psi especialy in the front.

avon roadriders front 28 rear 30. 12 stone and still goes round corners well.

oh oh BT45's -- 40R 36F I seem to remember this coming up before and Bridgestones reccomended pressures were 40R 36F -- seems a little hard to me, but 3 weeks after fitting new rubber, there's no chicken strips left ;D
