Yet another paint question

Hi all, I have another paint question. i have painted the upper crank case, barrels and head and it's looking pretty good but i am yet to paint the clutch housing. I have read that people have used PJ1 but the original paint has a rubber texture to it. Can it be powder coated?

oh ye, it's a 31K power valve

Triple s do powder coating for engine casings so it can be done
