Ok guys im needing your advice here...is it safe to bore out my Ypvs F2 yokes from 35mm to 36mm? i know its only a mil but just concerned it will weaken the yokes

I dont see a problem with this i did it to some 125 yokes years back to fit ypvs forks and that was more then 1mm .

You will only actually be removing 1/2 mm from the surface, as 1/2 front and 1/2 rear equals 1mm if you get my jist?

Yes it's safe, 1 mm is nothing to be worried about whatsoever. Edit: I know that some people have bored out the 350 LC yokes from 32 mm to 35 mm with no drama. 3 mm is alot though, personally I wouldn't go bigger then +2 mm on most yokes. It depends a little on how much material the yokes has from start though.
