hi chaps , i am in the process of rebuilding a ypvs f2, i am at the stage where i need to make a decision on the suspension set up. the original shock and swing arm are not the best, the front calipers are shot, what is the best mods to fit besides rgv front and rear ends which are becoming way over priced, any ideas on the way to go would be a great help. cheers yeendy

You can upgrade the springs with progressive ones thats a big inprovemant . you can do the same at the back as well . You can get NK racing to make up some caliper hangers and and get some 4 pots for the front /

Fitted Hagon Progressive springs to the front of my F2 - feels much better now - at least to me anyway ;D The 4-pots from the Triumph 595's have 83mm spacings between the mounts and bolt straight on giving a mahoosive improvement in braking - easily makes one finger breaking ample ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png) Do a search and you'll find piccies I've posted in the past or PM me and I'll mail them to you

I've got a Fazer 600 rear shock in my Lc2 and it works really well. I bought it with it already fitted so dont know whats involved, but I believe its a fairly straight forward job. Preloading fork springs and new oil is the cheapest and easiest fork mod, and as said before, Triumph or Yam 3xv/Fzr400 4 pot calipers bolt straight on F2 forks. 83mm bolt hole spacings are what you are looking for.
