Hi Guys, I appreciate this is a subjective question but I'm going to ask it anyway.
My 350R had blocked carbs and were removed twice and manually cleaned out. Turned out to be fuel pipe breaking up. The bike was then left in my garage for a few months with no use. Well after about 20 miles of use on first ride out since, they blocked up again which causes the powerband to go very flat and unrideable. This time I removed the carbs myself and took it to another garage who stripped them and soaked them in a couple different sonic baths to remove even the most difficult crud. I fitted the carbs back on but although it ran it was hard to start and felt extra vibey. However, after the bike visited the garage to have the carbs balance the bike still feels vibey.
The only difference is that I've fitted a new petrol tank, X ring chain and sprockets. The bike is still hard to start from cold and it feels extra vibey/buzzy?
any ideas please?

Is it vibey when riding or just sitting on he bike blipping the throttle or both? any ideas please?

Has the bike ever been "non-vibey" since you've owned it?

Has the bike ever been "non-vibey" since you've owned it? Well I remember when my clutch was changed the bike was realy buzzy, and I heard clutch chatter. I took it back and he must have put the rubbers back in or something cause when I picked it up it was better without the chatter. The garage also never used exhaust gaskets when they refitted them so when I put some in that made a difference also. However, I've not been on the bike regularly and have 3 others so it's easy to forget small details. The bike has always had some vibes but it just feel extra vibey. It def seems engine related cause although it smooths out in hi revs there is still extra vibes that I notice. Was wondering if it's the way I fitted than tank on the bike? Someone suggested bearings, but most of the inner bearings (except the big ones) were replaced couple of years ago. Norbo said the big ones never go!
